How do I cancel my subscription?

If you'd like to cancel your FEIS Junior or FEIS Club subscriptions in-app, follow these steps:

1. Select More: From the home page, select "More."
2. Select Settings: Go to "Settings."
3. Select Subscription: Tap on "Subscription."
4. Select Cancel Subscription: Tap "Cancel Subscription."

This will take you to your Apple ID (iOS) or Google Play (Android) active subscription list, where you can select the FEIS app and follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.

Alternatively:

• Navigate Directly to Your Subscription List: On your mobile device or tablet, go directly to your Apple ID or Google Play's subscription listing.
• Select the FEIS App: Find and select the FEIS app.
• Follow the Prompts: Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.
